It’s super easy! Just head over to our Bridal page and fill out the booking form with all your wedding details. Once you submit it, we’ll be in touch to confirm availability and guide you through securing your date.

Your wedding date is officially reserved once your invoice is paid and agreement is accepted. Because we reserve one bride per date, availability is limited.

Q2: What if I pay and then have to cancel my wedding?

We understand that life and wedding plans can change. However, all payments made to Face By Meagan Ltd. are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

When you book with us, your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and we turn away other potential clients for that date. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is secured.

When you book with Face By Meagan Ltd., you are reserving exclusive time and availability for your wedding date. Due to our policy of accepting a limited number of weddings and reserving one bride per date, this reservation prevents us from accepting other bookings for that time.

For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure the artist’s availability rather than simply the makeup service itself.

Q3: Do you offer a bridal makeup trial?

Yes! Bridal trials are one of our favourite parts of the process.

During your trial, we collaborate with you to design the look you’ll love for your wedding day. This is your opportunity to explore your preferences, adjust details, and refine the final vision together.

If any changes are desired, we encourage you to share your feedback during the appointment so we can make adjustments in real time and ensure you feel confident and beautiful.

Please note that bridal trials are exploratory sessions designed to refine your final wedding day look. The final application on your wedding day may be further customized based on lighting, timing, photography, and overall styling.

Due to the time and customization involved, trial services are non-refundable.

Q4: What if I don't like the makeup during my appointment?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! Makeup is a collaborative and artistic service, so we always encourage open communication during your appointment. If you would like any adjustments, simply let your artist know during the service and we will gladly make reasonable modifications.

Declining adjustments during the appointment or leaving the appointment constitutes acceptance of the completed service, and refunds cannot be issued after the service has been performed.

Q5: Can I add makeup services for my bridesmaids and family?

Of course! We love helping the whole bridal party look and feel their best. Bridesmaids, moms, and junior bridesmaids can absolutely be included.

Just let us know when booking so we can schedule the appropriate artists and timing for your wedding morning.

Q6: Do you travel for weddings? Is there a travel fee?

Yes! We are happy to travel to your wedding location.

Travel fees may apply depending on distance and venue location. These details will be outlined when we prepare your quote so everything is clear before booking.

Online Course Development FAQs

Q1: How long does it actually take to build the course?

Courses are typically developed within 3–6 months, provided responses and approvals are completed promptly.

Once your invoice is paid, we begin the planning and production process, including outlining the course and filming content.

Important: All course videos must be filmed within 1–2 scheduled filming days, determined by Face By Meagan based on the scope of the project.

Once filming is complete, additional filming days, reshoots, or expanded edits will incur additional fees.

Q2: Is everything included in the development fee?

Your course development fee includes:

• Course structure and planning
• Video production during scheduled filming days
• Editing of your videos
• One round of complimentary revisions

Additional edits or revisions beyond the included round are available for $399 per edit request.

Q3: Can I make changes after the course outline is done?

Yes! You receive one complimentary round of edits for course materials and videos.

Additional edits are available for $399 each. If new video content is required beyond the original filming scope, additional videos can be produced for $899 per video.

Q4: What if I decide not to move forward halfway through?

Because course development is a custom service requiring significant time and resources, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a client chooses not to proceed after development has started, the project may be paused or terminated, and the original payment will be retained to cover the work already completed.

Q5: What happens if the project timeline is delayed?

Delays in responses, approvals, or providing necessary materials can extend the timeline.

If a project is delayed beyond 6 months, additional fees may apply to resume work. In cases where communication or required materials are not provided for an extended period, Face By Meagan reserves the right to terminate the project while retaining the original payment.

Q6: Do you offer launch support when the course is complete?

We guide you through the process of creating and polishing your course and are happy to share tips for presenting it to your audience.

If you would like additional support with marketing, launch strategy, or technical setup, we can discuss optional add-on services.
