Q1: So, how do I actually book my wedding makeup?

It’s super easy! Just head over to our Bridal page and fill out the booking form with all your wedding details. Once you submit it, we’ll be in touch to confirm your date and start planning the magic!

Q2: What if I pay and then have to cancel my wedding?

We totally understand that plans can change. However, please note that all payments are non-refundable, no matter the reason for cancellation. Since we reserve that time exclusively for you, we’re unable to provide refunds.

Q3: Do you offer a bridal makeup trial?

Yes! Our bridal makeup trial is a special session where we test out your vision and find the look you’ll absolutely love. This is your chance to make sure everything’s perfect for the big day!

Q4: Can I add makeup services for my bridesmaids and family?

Of course! We can glam up your bridesmaids, moms, and even junior bridesmaids if you’d like. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll make sure everyone’s ready to shine!

Q5: Do you travel for weddings? Is there a travel fee?

Yes, we’re happy to travel to your wedding location! Any travel fees will depend on the distance and venue, so feel free to ask about these details when booking.


Online Course Development FAQs

Q1: How long does it actually take to build the course?

Courses are typically developed anywhere from 3 to 6 months, provided you respond promptly and complete any required questions and tasks. Once you make a payment on your invoice, we move forward with the planning and production process, which includes creating videos and bringing your vision to life.

Important: All videos must be filmed in 1-2 filming days at the discretion of Face by Meagan, depending on the scope of the videos to be produced. Once the filming day is finished, any additional work—such as extra filming days or further edits—will incur additional fees. These fees are necessary to cover the time and resources required to accommodate any changes beyond the initial scope.

Please note: Delays in responses or approval of materials can push back the timeline. If edits or additional requests are made weeks later, after previous approvals were given, these will also be subject to additional charges and may further extend the project completion time.

If the project is delayed beyond 6 months due to late responses, additional requests, or failure to provide necessary materials in a timely manner, extra charges may apply. In cases where the project timeline is extended significantly, we reserve the right to terminate the project and retain the original payment as non-refundable.

Q2: Is everything included in the development fee?

You’ll get a custom course with one round of complimentary edits! We want your course to feel polished and professional, so we make sure the essentials are covered!

Q3: Can I make changes after the course outline is done?

Absolutely! You get one complimentary edit for your course materials and videos. If you want extra edits, no problem—they’re available for $399 each. Need additional videos? We can add them for $899 per video.

Q4: What if I decide not to move forward halfway through?

Because our course development process is highly customized and requires a big commitment, we don’t offer refunds once work has begun. We’re dedicated to making your course awesome, so we’re all in from the start!

Q7: How do I review and finalize each video?

We’ll send you the videos for review! Want more changes after that first edit? We’re happy to help with additional edits for $399 each!

Q8: Do you offer launch support when the course is complete?

We’ll guide you through every part of creating and polishing the course, and we’re happy to share tips on presenting it to your audience. Need extra help with marketing or tech support? We can discuss add-on services if you’d like that extra boost!
