Welcome to Face by Meagan ltd! By engaging our services, enrolling in our courses, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Scope of Services

Our services include makeup artistry, course development, business training, and related resources. The scope of each service is detailed in your individual service agreement and may include personalized makeup sessions, bridal packages, online tutorials, and/or customized courses.

2. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Face by Meagan Ltd. for services, including but not limited to course development, makeup artistry, and training sessions, are non-refundable. By making a payment, clients acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Courses are typically developed within 3 to 6 months, contingent on prompt client responses and completion of required questions and tasks. Upon receiving payment, we commence planning and production, which includes filming and editing videos as part of the agreed-upon service.

Important: Filming will be conducted over 1-2 days as determined by Face by Meagan Ltd., based on the agreed project scope. Any additional work—such as extra filming days or further edits—will be subject to additional fees. These fees compensate for the time and resources required to exceed the original scope.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing timely responses and approvals to ensure the project stays on schedule. Delays due to untimely client responses or additional requests after prior approvals will result in extra charges and may extend the project timeline.

Scope of “Non-Refundable”: The no-refund policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes, changes in personal or business circumstances, and delays caused by the client's actions or inactions. This ensures that Face by Meagan Ltd. can protect the time, resources, and effort invested in each project.

Completion and Termination: If project completion is delayed beyond 6 months due to client delays, additional requests, or failure to provide required materials, Face by Meagan Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the project and retain the original payment as non-refundable.

Customized Online Courses: Customized courses are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Any video content beyond the original course plan will incur an additional fee of $899 per video, and additional rounds of edits beyond the one included will be billed at $399 per round.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Your use of our services is at your own risk, and services are provided strictly on an “as-is” basis. Face by Meagan ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding your satisfaction with subjective outcomes (such as makeup results or course content).

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost revenue, business interruptions, or any losses related to personal expectations of the services.


Force Majeure Clause: Face by Meagan Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events. Under these circumstances, refunds will not be issued.

4. Payment Terms and Additional Fees

Invoices and Payment Deadlines: All payments must be made by the deadline outlined in the invoice to secure services.Additional Services: Any extra content or services beyond the original scope, including extra rounds of edits, additional tutorials, or custom video content, will be billed separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Should you need to cancel a service, please inform us as soon as possible. However, please note that all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason. Rescheduling: For certain services, rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion. Any such accommodation does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course or service—including tutorials, guides, and course videos—are the intellectual property of Face by Meagan Ltd.. You may not share, resell, or reproduce these materials without prior written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding any personal information collected during the course of service. For more details on our data handling practices, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
