Welcome to Face By Meagan Ltd. By engaging our services, enrolling in our training programs, submitting payment, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Submission of payment or participation in any service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Face By Meagan Ltd. provides professional makeup artistry services, bridal makeup services, course development, beauty education, and business training.

The specific scope of services will be outlined in the individual service agreement, invoice, or program description and may include:

• bridal makeup services
• makeup applications
• bridal trials
• beauty education and mentorship
• course development and digital training
• customized consulting services

Face By Meagan Ltd. reserves the right to modify or adjust service delivery where reasonably necessary while maintaining the agreed overall service outcome.

2. Booking and Date Reservation (Bridal Services)

When booking bridal services with Face By Meagan Ltd., clients are reserving exclusive availability for their wedding date.

Due to the nature of the bridal industry, we accept a limited number of weddings and typically reserve one bride per date. Once a booking is secured, we decline other potential bookings for that date.

For this reason, all payments related to bridal bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, as payment secures the artist’s availability rather than simply the makeup service itself.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Face By Meagan Ltd. are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that Face By Meagan Ltd. allocates time, resources, preparation, and availability specifically for each booking, service, or training program.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• change of personal circumstances
• dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes
• failure to attend scheduled services
• scheduling conflicts
• lack of participation in training programs
• business or personal decisions
• client delays or failure to provide necessary materials

This policy ensures that Face By Meagan Ltd. can protect the professional time and resources dedicated to each project or booking.

4. Service Satisfaction and Artistic Services

Makeup artistry and beauty services are custom artistic services based on professional expertise and client collaboration.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any desired adjustments during their appointment so that modifications can be made in real time.

Declining adjustments during the service or leaving the appointment constitutes acceptance of the completed service. Refunds or credits will not be issued once a service has been performed.

Bridal trials are exploratory sessions intended to refine the final wedding day look. Final makeup application may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, skin condition, and overall styling on the wedding day.

5. Course Development and Training Programs

Course development projects are typically completed within 3 to 6 months, provided the client responds promptly and provides required materials and approvals.

Upon payment, Face By Meagan Ltd. begins planning and production, including filming and editing course content.

Filming Scope

Filming will take place within 1–2 scheduled filming days, determined by Face By Meagan Ltd. based on the project scope.

Additional filming days, reshoots, or expanded project requirements will incur additional fees.

Additional Fees

Additional services beyond the original scope will be billed as follows:

• additional video production: $899 per video
• additional edit rounds: $399 per round

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• providing timely responses
• submitting required materials
• reviewing and approving project stages
• completing agreed tasks necessary for project completion

Delays caused by the client may result in timeline extensions and additional charges.

Project Termination Due to Delays

If a project remains inactive or delayed beyond 6 months due to client inaction, Face By Meagan Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the project while retaining the original payment as non-refundable.

6. Training Program Participation

Participation in any Face By Meagan Ltd. training program requires personal commitment and active participation.

Individual results may vary depending on effort, implementation, and engagement with the training materials.

Face By Meagan Ltd. does not guarantee specific financial, business, or professional outcomes as a result of participating in any program.

Payments secure access to the program and materials, not guaranteed results.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid by the deadline indicated on the invoice in order to secure services.

Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all Face By Meagan Ltd. policies, including the non-refundable booking policy.

Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in the release of the reserved service date.

Additional services beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback attempt, Face By Meagan Ltd. reserves the right to provide all documentation—including invoices, communications, and agreements—to the payment processor to demonstrate fulfillment of the service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Face By Meagan Ltd., including but not limited to:

• course content
• video training materials
• guides and resources
• educational materials
• business systems

remain the intellectual property of Face By Meagan Ltd.

These materials may not be reproduced, shared, resold, distributed, or republished without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Face By Meagan Ltd. provides services based on professional expertise and industry standards.

All services are provided as-is, and Face By Meagan Ltd. makes no guarantees regarding subjective satisfaction, business outcomes, or personal expectations.

Face By Meagan Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• lost revenue
• business interruption
• loss of business opportunity
• dissatisfaction with subjective service outcomes

11. Force Majeure

Face By Meagan Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• illness
• government restrictions
• internet or technology outages
• transportation disruptions

In such cases, services may be rescheduled where possible. Refunds will not be issued.

12. Privacy

Face By Meagan Ltd. respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal information collected during the course of providing services.
